Young People Support
Charity Challenge
Our Charity Challenge programme provides an unforgettable, life changing, ‘real-life’ enterprise experience program for young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEETS). They will embark on a four-week enterprise awareness programme. £25 with be given to each group and they have to make as much money legally as they can with an enterprise over a period of a month.
Participants learn how to develop their capabilities by hosting an activity to raise money for a charity of their choice. This programme has also been used in a competitive environment and both situations have worked well and beneficiaries have gained significant experience and transferable skills.
The series of half-day classroom sessions are delivered to young people aged 16-25 over a number of weeks which provides time for the participants to research and complete activities outside the classroom.

Participant’s hard work is rewarded with an inspiring first-hand experience of delivering their fundraising activity. Participants also have a tangible achievement which can be included in their CV’s to enhance chances of employment. All proceeds are donated to a charity of their choice.
